Gabe, where art thou?

Ok, those wee pictures of the cutest little boy ever is GABE...yes, Gabe Callahan. Maria and Jordan's beautiful bundle of sweetness that I CANNOT WAIT to meet!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Maria and I are so lucky and excited to have babies at the same time, and we always daydream about throwing our babies at eachother and loving them! I wish I had bigger pictures..hmmm, that is the extent of my computer skills. Gabe, Aunt Amy and Gracie are counting the days to pinching those sweet cheeks! XOOX

Bath Time at 5 1/2 months!

Gracie is totally in love with taking a bath. She gets to kick, chew on bath toys and tell reaaaal loud in a echoy bathroom. She is getting a little big for her baby bath 'sling' so I think it might be almost time to get rid of it...sigh. Where did my little baby go? She is getting older and stronger every day:)

This weekend Daddy went to Galveston for a bike comp and did really well:) He is still in love with trials biking and has found other people here in Texas to bike with. He actually put together this competition so be enjoyed spending some time with the guys...but was happy to get back with his girlies!

Grace and I had fun going out for Dave's birthday on Friday night and spending Saturday night at Char and Dam's house. Char was in the hospital on bedrest but is happily home, waiting for Mila and Suri. I can't wait to hold them!

Today I went to the outlet mall and bought Ms. Grace some new clothes and sunglasses! I was totally crazy to go there today (memorial day) because there were SO many people. Here are some pics of the fashionista!

Beach Babe

Last Friday some of the SF ladies and I went to Galveston beach, and Katie just sent me some pics! Thanks babe:)

Party at my Crib!

Today Grace held our Stroller Fit Playdate. She had so much fun watching the three older boys move around and crawling! The last playdate at Katie's house was so calm...all the babies sitting and looking cute:) Now, they are moving and it's awesome. I am excited to see when Grace will move too. She had one girlfriend, little Meghan, and they did a photoshoot while the boys did one too. Us ladies had some momosa's and snacks, and had a chance to catch up. Fun Times!

Grace VS Prunes...Ding Ding!

Grace has just started eating prunes and she is pretty impressed with them overall. So far, we have had bananas, apple sauce and prunes. My Doctor wanted me to start fruit before veggies!! It is against everything I have ever heard, but I am trusting him. Let's hope that green beans and potatoes come easily!

Well, not much to report. I had a great chat with Maria and Shikara today, and they are making me miss them SO much! Sigh. Can't wait to see you girls...and Grace can't WAIT to meet GABE! He is way too cute.

Ok, the SF ladies are coming over tomorrow so I have to get the house ready for a large playdate!

The Countdown is ON!

So, we are so excited to say that we are offically counting down to our Newfie trip! I have been preparing by listening to 'Let me fish off cape st. marys'..haha. Ok, I did listen to that once in a homesick moment, and felt bad for myself. I promise I won't again! haha

Life has been the same but busy as usual here at the Broderick's. Last Friday was a fun beach day with some strollerfit ladies and the babies. It was hot and super busy, yet a good time. I was so concerned about Grace burning, I kinda forgot to put sunscreen on my lower back and....ouch. On Satuday, we went to Rachel's Grad party! She is graduating as a landscape architect and already has a job. Congrats babe:) On Sunday, we went to Char and Dam's house for a bbq and Char and I took some time to get manicures. She is now 32 weeks preggers and looks fab!

Grace is developing quite the personality. She is charming people that meet her by grinning at them and reaching for thier face. She smiles so easily and loves when an unexpected person arrives (like daddy!) She cracks up laughing when I least expect it (like if I blow on her face by mistake or change my facial expression when looking at her). She has found a new love of her tongue too! She always has it stuck out and if you touch it, she thinks it's soooooo funny. Here are some pics of her and her new obsession!

Shoo Fly, Don't Bother Me!!

Poor Gracie...a mean old mosquito bit her up in her sleep!! We went to the dr. and I was sure it was chicken pox or something horrible, but, just bites. They don't seem to bother her too much though!

And tonight we are dealing with a stuffed up baby girl! We have tried warm baths and saline in her nose, so hopefully she gets a little sleep (and me too!)

We are planning on going to Galveston tomorrow with the sf girls, so we'll let ya know how it goes:)
