One morning, before the combing of the hair and washing of the face, Grace felt creative and wanted to go draw with her chaulk outside! I think you can still see some of the yogurt on her face!

I found this little gem in my camera today. Grace and Papa Roy loved playing in the pool together when he was down here:( She seems so young here even though it was only a few months ago! She is learning to say "1,2,3 jump!" and Now, she can say that like it ain;t no thang;) She says ...one, two, three, GO!

Not sure if I posted this before but its Goose kissing Garrett! So Freaking CUTE! Look, Garrett is like, I'm over it. Grace seems pretty pumped!! Cuties!

Fashion is my life!

Yup, this is slightly embarrassing for me, but I just wanted to remeber that Grace has a thing for putting on layers of clothes and jewery...and yes, undies are her favorite!! If she sees a lacey pair, then over her head they go! It's actually high fashion...just wait. It'll catch on.

Lakeway!~~~

What an incredibly relaxing, wonderful weekend! I am sitting down blogging while Gracie runs up and down the hall because she is still pretty extcited about our Lakeway weekend! The Goldsmiths invited us up again, and we wakeboarded, played in the pool, ATE, and just enjoyed down time! Rachel and Matt are expecting a baby boy next month, so that was fun to be around an expecting family:) They'll be great parents because Grace LOVES them!

This is the best pool on earth. You can chill and see all the boats on Lake Travis. Grace now says 'boat'.

Grace wasent sure what to think of the boat at first. I think the lifejacket was pretty intense, but she soon learned to looooooove it. She actually fell asleep on me the last trip:) She will be wakeboarding soon;)

Gracie had lots of fun playing in the splash pad in the galleria area. Here she is enjoyinh a little of daddys icecream:)

Melttttttting!!...Happy Birthday MARI!

We are melting. It's Houston in July and whew, it's HOT. I know our Newfoundland friends and family might find it hard to believe that it's hot enough to complain, but it IS! It's like walking out into an oven !

So we are trying to get back into a routine of just being the 'Broderick Bunch'. It's great to be in our house and seeing friends, but we are missing home terribly. IT was such a great trip, it's hard to get back to being mostly by ourselves all day. Even though we are missing friends and fam, we have been doing alot with our Texas family;) Kelly and Garrett came over and played, I went to a HERE COME THE BRIDES themed moms night, we went to a fun painting class for Mari's birthday, went to a pool party at Mari's and went to visit Rachel and Matt! So we are thankful to have good friends to enjoy this texas heat with!

Grace and I went to her friend Lynelise's Birthday party at the LG today! I bought Lynelise and Kaleb a gift for I had to get Goose this mini stroller! She still just want to get in it so I am trying to teach her that she has to stroll her babies around! haha. She might not be quite ready to be a little momma yet.
